Refund and Returns Policy

Theperfumehub.pk offers its customers a 7-15 Days exchange/replacement service wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 7-15 days of its delivery.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?

No! there is no charges on exchange/replace for products that are faulty or defected in anyway. Our customer care center is there for you 24 Hours , you may contact them through whats-app, send them the details on whats-app i.e. your name, images of faulty product, description about product’s fault and your contact number, they will soon contact you and exchange/replace your parcel within 7-15 working days without any cost.

Note: Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any manner.

Theperfumehub.pk does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and Theperfumehub.pk is not willing to process such order.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
